WHAT TO WEAR:
Comfortable exercise clothes are best.
Clean bare feet (Please remove shoes before entering studio)


FOOD:
It is best to leave 1-2 hours after a light meal, and 3 hours after a heavy meal before practising yoga,
Avoid alcohol before class.

ILLNESS:
If you are experiencing headache,flu,back,neck or knee pain,high blood presssure or other health problems advise your teacher before class.There are specific postures and sequences which assist recovery and in some cases certain postures are contra-indicated.
